100 Year Healthspan Logging Tool

Accountability gets dramatically easier when we can record what happened and review it honestly. The problem is that traditional tracking apps expect you to log everything—every bite of food and every minute of activity—and most people don’t keep that up.

The 100 Year Healthspan Logging Tool is designed to make logging simple enough to do daily. Instead of typing and measuring everything, you can capture your day with a few screenshots and photos, then let the tool turn those into a structured daily log.

What it does

  • Turns screenshots into a daily summary (sleep, steps, stress, HRV, resting HR, VO₂ max, etc.).
  • Estimates nutrition from food photos and organizes meals into a clean record (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks).
  • Asks a short end-of-day check-in (caffeine, alcohol, stress, “win for tomorrow”) to capture context.
  • Creates a consistent daily log format so you can spot patterns over time (sleep ↔ stress ↔ food ↔ performance).
  • Reduces friction so the habit sticks—fast capture now, better insight later.

How to use it (2–5 minutes/day)

  1. Open the tool: Click the link above on your phone or computer.
  2. Capture your “inputs” with screenshots:
    • Garmin: Sleep, Stress/Body Battery, Steps/Activity (whatever you use most)
    • Glucose app (optional): daily score, spikes, peak
  3. Snap food photos: Take quick photos of meals (and packaging labels when available).
  4. Upload the screenshots/photos to the chat: Send them in one batch or as you go.
  5. Answer the end-of-day prompts: Short answers are fine—focus on what was unusual, what worked, and what didn’t.
  6. Review the summary and commit to tomorrow: Use the “win for tomorrow” as your one clear intention.

Why this is a game changer

You don’t need perfect tracking—you need consistent visibility. A few screenshots and photos are enough to create a reliable feedback loop: capture → reflect → adjust. Over time, this builds real accountability without the burden of traditional logging.
