What I Learned Today
Sleep quality improved noticeably with a cooler room, lighter dinner, and going to bed on time. Glucose data reinforced that food order and liquid carbs matter more than total calories. Lunch was large but stable; dinner sequencing caused the biggest spikes.
Training & Recovery
The watch flagged recovery, and I listened. Turkish get-ups felt off, so I backed off and kept movement light. This felt like the right call.
Tomorrow’s Plan
- Protein and fiber first at dinner; carbs and drinks last.
- 10-minute walk after dinner.
- Protect bedtime despite a busy, joyful house with the kids home.
